Personal rights:
- separation, divorce
- modification of divorce and separation court judgments in matters relating to minor children of the parties, such as: place of residence, contacts, parental authority, alternating or balanced care, modification of arrangements contained in parental agreements or parental plans, alimony and modification of alimony obligation between spouses or ex-spouses
